Project Overview
I led the end-to-end closure of a US enterprise deal for an agentic AI platform designed to prevent PHI and PII leakage into LLM pipelines. The engagement focused on solving a high-risk compliance challenge for healthtech organizations adopting generative AI at scale.
The deal originated through a combination of ICP-driven outbound automation and trusted enterprise network access. From first contact to contract signature, the process required tight alignment across security, legal, data, and executive stakeholders.
Client Goals
- Prevent PHI/PII Exposure – Ensure sensitive healthcare data never enters LLM training or inference pipelines
- Enterprise-Grade Compliance – Meet regulatory expectations across HIPAA and internal security frameworks
- Safe GenAI Adoption – Enable innovation without increasing legal or reputational risk
- ICP Definition & Targeting – Identified high-intent US healthtech accounts adopting LLMs in production
- Automated + Network-Led Outreach – Combined outbound automation with warm enterprise introductions to reach decision-makers
- Stakeholder Navigation – Managed conversations across data, security, compliance, product, and executive teams
- Solution Positioning – Positioned the agentic AI as a preventive, in-pipeline control rather than a post-hoc compliance tool
- Demo to Contract Execution – Led demos, security reviews, commercial negotiations, and contracting
Project Solutions
The sales process was designed to reduce risk, build confidence, and accelerate enterprise decision-making for an emerging AI category.
- Strategic Sales Planning – Mapped the enterprise buying journey across security, compliance, data, and executive stakeholders.
- Solution Positioning – Framed the product as a preventive, in-pipeline control for PHI/PII protection rather than a reactive compliance layer.
- Consistency & Trust Building – Created clear demo flows, security narratives, and commercial collateral to support internal champions.
The result was a high-trust enterprise sale, enabling the customer to adopt generative AI safely while meeting regulatory and data-governance requirements.
